摘 要:在国标法测定化肥中氯离子含量的过程中,对样品采用蒸馏水加热浸提,过程烦琐,耗时较长。对样品处理过程进行优化,使用硝酸浸提的酸溶法处理样品,并将测定结果与水溶法对比。结果表明,酸溶法处理样品测定结果与水溶法吻合,且氯离子回收率在97.37%~100.95%,准确度高,同时缩短实验时间20~25 min,提高了实验效率,可以代替水溶法用于化肥中氯离子测定样品处理。In the process of using the national standard method to determine the content of chloride ion in chemical fertilizer,the process of heating and extracting with distilled water is cumbersome and time-consuming.The sample treatment process is optimized.The sample is treated by acid dissolution method with nitric acid,and the determination results are compared with water dissolution method.The results show that the determination results of samples treated by acid dissolution method are consistent with that of water dissolution method,and the recovery rate of chloride ion is 97.37%-100.95%,which is with high accuracy.At the same time,it greatly shortens the experiment time by 20-25 min,and improves the experiment efficiency.It can replace the water dissolution method for sample processing in the determination of chloride ion content in chemical fertilizer.
