摘　　要：概述了河钢集团铁前系统装备情况,总结了近年技术经济指标进步及系统运行情况。通过与行业先进指标进行对比分析,找出差距,明确产线提升方向。结合绿色低碳发展规划目标,制定提升铁前系统技术经济指标的具体措施。阐述了高炉高比例球团冶炼、高炉富氢气体喷吹、复合铁焦压块以及氢基竖炉直接还原等前沿低碳炼铁技术的国内外研究现状及河钢集团研究进展,提出河钢集团铁前低碳发展方向和下一步整体规划。The equipment of the pre-ironmaking system of HBIS Group are summarized as well as the progress of technical and economic indicators and the operation situation in recent years.Through the comparative analysis with the industry’s advanced indicators,the gaps are found out and the improvement goals of production line are clarified.In combination with the goal of green and low-carbon development planning,the measures to improve the technical and economic indicators of pre-ironmaking system are formulated.Moreover,the research status domestic and overseas and HBIS Group on the cutting-edge low-carbon ironmaking technologies such as high proportion pellet smelting of blast furnace,hydrogen rich gas injection of blast furnace,composite iron coke briquette and hydrogen-based shaft furnace direct reduction are expounded,the development direction of low-carbon in pre-ironmaking system of HBIS Group and the overall plan for the next step are furtherly put forward.
