摘  要:河钢宣钢在原料条件复杂多变情况下,通过将矿粉性能检测与性价比测算体系结合,优化烧结终点预判,改善熔剂质量和燃料粒级等手段,实现了烧结矿质量和性能的提升及矿粉资源高效的利用,为高炉稳定顺行及指标改善提供有利条件,提升了市场适应能力。同时降低了高炉能源消耗,减少了污染物排放,具有一定的社会效益。Under the condition of complex and changeable raw material conditions,by combining the performance-price ratio calculation system with the performance detection of ore powder,the prediction of sintering end point is optimized,and the flux quality and fuel particle size are improved.HBIS Group Xuansteel Company realizes the improvement of sinter quality and performance and the high-efficient utilization of ore powder,provides favorable conditions for blast furnace stability and index improvement,and improves the market adaptability.At the same time,the energy consumption of blast furnace is reduced and the pollutant emission is reduced,which has certain social benefits.
