摘  要:从连铸工艺和设备精度等方面分析了低碳钢Q235B铸坯表面角部横裂缺陷产生的原因,并进行了优化。通过实施二冷区主体弱冷的冷却策略及配水方案、优化铸机扇形段喷嘴布置方式以及严控钢种硫元素含量等措施,铸坯角部横裂缺陷率由10%降低至1.5%,提高了铸坯表面质量。From the aspects of continuous casting process and equipment precision,the cause of the transverse crack on the surface corner of low carbon steel Q235B billet was analyzed and optimized.By implementing the cooling strategy of weak cooling in the main body of the secondary cooling zone and water distribution scheme,optimizing the arrangement of nozzle in the sector of the casting machine and strictly controlling the sulfur content of steel,the defect rate of transverse crack in the corner of the casting slab was reduced from 10%to 1.5%,and the surface quality of the casting slab was improved.
