摘  要:针对马钢脱脂线原设计产能不能满足需要的实际问题,研究了生产过程中影响产能提升的主要因素并实施了相应改进。解决了电极板腐蚀变形、带钢表面液体残留、清洗段大量漏液、高速生产时清洗段带钢容易跑偏、清洗段带钢表面清洗效果不佳、电解电流的设置不合理、热风干燥箱刮伤带钢、清洗段辊轴经常断裂、高速刷辊抖动等因素带来的不利影响。脱脂线的产量从设计5.83万t/月提升到最高7.4万t/月,提升26.9%,效果非常明显。Aiming at the actual problem that the original design capacity of Masteel degreasing line cannot meet the needs,the main factors affecting capacity improvement in production process were studied and corresponding improvements were implemented.It solves the adverse effects of electrode plate corrosion and deformation of strip surface liquid residual,large amount of liquid leakage in cleaning section,steel-strap deviation in high speed,poor cleaning effect of the steel surface,unreasonable electrolytic current setting,strip scratching by the hot air-drying oven,often roller fracture in the strip cleaning section,high speed brush roll jitter and other factors.The output of degreasing line increased from 58300 t/month to the highest 74000 t/month,up by 26.9%.
