通心络胶囊联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究通心络胶囊联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取86例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗效果、血浆BNP水平、血管内皮功能、心功能及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血浆BNP水平低于对照组,观察组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、NO水平高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:通心络胶囊联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,效果显著,可以改善血管内皮功能及心功能,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:86 patients with chronic heart failure were randomized into the observation group and control group,each with 43 cases.The control group were administered with Qiliqiangxin capsule,while the observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The therapeutic effect,plasma BNP level,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the plasma BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic heart failure,promote the improvement of vascular endothelial function and cardiac function.Besides,it is of high safety.
