摘  要:人类历史也是社会组织化的历史,特别是近代以来,社会组织化呈现出明显的加速态势,从而使我们在认识世界时有了一个不同于社会视角的组织视角。在全球化、后工业化进程中,在人类进入了风险社会时,流动性越来越显性为一种突出的社会特征。社会的流动性在组织的位面上所表现出来的就是组织相变。风险社会及其高度复杂性和高度不确定性条件下的基本组织形式是合作制组织,这种组织的存在是由任务决定的,任务的变化和更替决定了组织相变。在组织进化的维度上,从官僚制组织到合作制组织的演变是一场组织模式变革的运动,其间经历了虚拟组织这一过渡形式。合作制组织是非实体性的、液态化的组织,其存在就是以不断的相变形式出现的。Human history is also a history of social organization. Especially since modern times,significant acceleration has been witnessed in social organization development, which offers an organizational perspective to understand the world, distinct from the social perspective. In the process of globalization and post industrialization, mankind has entered into a risk society, in which mobility is increasingly becoming a prominent social feature. What social mobility exhibits on the organizational plane is the organizational phase transition. Cooperative organization is a basic organizational structure in a risk society with highly complex and uncertain environments. The existence of cooperative organization is based on its tasks, the change and alteration of which determine the phase transition. In the dimension of organizational evolution, the evolution from bureaucratic organization to cooperative organization is a reform movement of organizational structure, with virtual organization as the transitional form in the process. As non-substantial and liquid organizations, cooperative organizations exist in the form of ongoing phase transitions.
