西汉海昏侯外藏椁出土三件鎏金当卢工艺比对研究

摘　　要：西汉海昏侯外藏椁出土的鎏金当卢,为汉代鎏金工艺提供了范例。对三件鎏金当卢的成型工艺、表面装饰工艺、鎏金工艺的形貌观察,及分析检测进行研究。研究结果表明银胎当卢运用局部鎏金,纽部与基体为焊接工艺连接,金层主要作用在纹样处;铜胎青铜通体鎏金(双色鎏金)当卢通体双色鎏金运用了鎏金与鎏金银合金交叉结合的工艺;铜胎沟槽鎏金当卢运用纹样沟槽内鎏金的工艺。The gilt danglu unearthed from the outer coffin of the Marquis of Haihun in the Western Han Dynasty provides an example for the gilding craftsmanship of the Han Dynasty.The molding process,surface decoration process,gilt process morphology observation,and analysis and testing of three gilt danglu were studied.The research results show that the silver body is gilded locally,the button and the base are connected by welding,and the gold layer mainly acts on the pattern;the bronze body of the copper body is gilded(two-color gilt)when the lutong body is two-color gilt using gilding The process of cross-combining with gilt-silver alloy;the copper tire groove gilt Danglu uses the process of gilding in the pattern groove.
