摘 要:为了研究高频下埋地电缆的串联阻抗矩阵和并联导纳矩阵,建立埋地电缆的有限元仿真模型,利用电磁模态分析研究大地位移电流以及邻近效应对高频下地下电缆电气参数的影响,并将计算结果应用于时域仿真,观察其对电磁暂态过程的影响。结果表明:在高频下,传统解析法与电磁模态法计算得到的串联阻抗与并联导纳矩阵存在显著差异,而基于时变电磁场的有限元法则可以很好的弥补这一缺陷;将两种方法的计算结果应用于时域暂态仿真,可以发现对于主频率较高的激励,分别输入两种方法得到的串联阻抗和并联导纳矩阵,在电缆末端得到的输出波形存在差异。结合本文的理论及仿真研究,在计算高频下地下电缆的串联阻抗和并联导纳矩阵时,传统的解析方法忽略邻近效应和位移电流的方法是不可靠的,建议采用在时变电磁场中采用有限元法计算串联阻抗及并联导纳矩阵参数。For the sake of studying the series impedance matrix and shunt admittance matrix of underground cable under high frequency, the finite simulation model of buried cable was established, the influence of ground displacement current and proximity effect on the electrical parameters of underground cable under high frequency was studied by electromagnetic mode analysis, and the calculation results were applied to time-domain simulation to observe its influence on electromagnetic transient process. The results show that there is a significant difference between the series impedance and shunt admittance matrix calculated by the traditional analytical method and the electromagnetic modal method at high frequency, and the finite element method based on time-varying electromagnetic field can make up for this defect;Applying the calculation results of the two methods to the time-domain transient simulation, it can be found that for the excitation with high dominant frequency, the series impedance and shunt admittance matrix obtained by the two methods are input respectively, and the output waveforms obtained at the end of the cable are different. Combined with the theoretical and simulation research when calculating the series impedance and shunt admittance matrix of underground cable at high frequency, the traditional analytical method ignoring the proximity effect and displacement current is unreliable. It is suggested to use the finite element method in time-varying electromagnetic field to calculate the parameters of series impedance and shunt admittance matrix.
