摘 要:为了研究紫外线对鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)性别差异响应特征,本研究分别关注其雌、雄藻体在UV-B辐射增强条件下的活性氧生成与清除相关指标的变化,探究了鼠尾藻活性氧清除系统对UV-B辐射增强的性别差异响应特征。结果表明:UV-B辐射增强能够诱导鼠尾藻活性氧含量上升,且雌性藻体的活性氧(O_(2)^(-)和H_(2)O_(2))含量低于雄性藻体。UV-B辐射增强条件下,雌性藻体的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性低于雄性藻体,雌性藻体过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性高于雄性藻体,雌性藻体的抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环(AsA-GSH)中主要的抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量高于雄性藻体。以上结果表明,在UV-B辐射增强条件下鼠尾藻雌性藻体的活性氧清除能力高于雄性藻体。本研究结果初步揭示了UV-B辐射增强条件下,鼠尾藻在活性氧清除水平上存在着性别差异。Sargassum thunbergii is a dioecious macroalgae distributed in the intertidal zone,and its sex-specific responses to enhanced UV-B radiation are still unclear.In this research,the changes of ROS production and scavenging indices in both male and female under the enhanced UV-B radiation are focused,and explored the gender differences in response characteristics of ROS scavenging systems to enhanced UV-B radiation.The results showed that enhanced UV-B radiation could induce the increase of ROS(O_(2)^(-)and H_(2)O_(2))and the content in female were lower than male.Under enhanced UV-B radiation,the activity of SOD in female was lower than male,and the activity of CAT was higher than male.The activities of major antioxidant enzymes and the contents of antioxidants in ascorbate-glutathione cycle(ASA-GSH)in female were higher than male.Our results suggest that the scavenging capacity of reactive oxygen species in female was higher than male.The results of this research preliminary revealed that under the condition of enhanced UV-B radiation,S.thunbergii had the sex-specific responses in reactive oxygen species scavenging levels,which provided a theoretical basis for the study of the sex-specific response characteristics of female and male of macroalgae to environmental changes.
