妇科再造胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科再造胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治在治疗薄型子宫内膜的作用。方法纳入薄型子宫内膜患者420例,按随机分组原则分为妇科再造胶囊组、对照组(戊酸雌二醇)及治疗组(戊酸雌二醇治+妇科再造胶囊),每组140例。连续治疗2个周期,比较3组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径及排卵率变化。结果治疗后,治疗组子宫内膜厚度明显高于其余2组(P<0.01),治疗组及对照组较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组卵泡直径较治疗前明显增高(P<0.01),妇科再造胶囊组及对照组较治疗前有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组的排卵率均上升,治疗组及妇科再造胶囊组的排卵增长率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科再造胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治可有效促进薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜增厚及卵泡直径增长,改善排卵率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fukezaizao capsule combined with Bujiale in treatment of thin endometrium.Methods A total of 420 patients with thin endometrium were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups.the patients in Fukezaizao capsule group and control group(Bujiale)and combination treatment group(Bujiale+Fukezaizao capsule),with 140 cases in each group and two treatment courses.The endometrial thickness,follicle diameter and ovulation rate before and after treatment were observed and compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness in combination treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.01),and the follicle diameter in combination treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment the above indexes in Fukezaizao capsule group and control group were improved,but,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the ovulation rates in the three groups were increased,moreover,which in combination treatment group and the Fukezaizao capsule group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fukezaizao Capsule combined with Bujiale can effectively promote the endometrial thickening and follicle diameter increase in patients with thin endometrium,and improve ovulation rate.
