摘　　要：随着我国环境监测市场化程度的不断提升,第三方环境监测机构得到了长足的发展。监测报告是第三方环境监测机构的主要产品,其规范化程度却很低。基于此,文章首先分析了第三方环境监测报告的作用,继而从报告编制形式不标准、监测信息数据不准确、监测评价数据不合理、单位术语使用不规范四个维度分析了第三方环境监测报告编制的问题,提出了第三方环境监测报告规范化的要点与对策。With the continuous improvement of the marketization degree of environmental monitoring in China,third-party environmental monitoring institutions have achieved considerable development.The monitoring report is the main product of the third party environmental monitoring organization,but it is faced with the problem of low standardization.Based on this,the article firstly analyzes the third-party environmental monitoring report,and then the problems of third-party environmental monitoring reports are analyzed from four dimensions:non-standard report preparation form,inaccurate monitoring information data,unreasonable monitoring and evaluation data,and non-standard use of unit terms,put forward the main points of third-party environmental monitoring report of standardization and countermeasures.
