摘 要:为解决疫情防控背景下外卖在校园配送最后一步存在的问题。提出基于服务设计理念的校园智能取餐柜设计研究。阐述了目前外卖行业和外卖储存柜产品的发展现状,采用服务设计的研究方法分析用户需求,以用户为中心总结服务策略并进行产品设计。参考快递自提柜的形式进行改良和创新,得到了具有自清洁功能的校园智能取餐柜。本设计实现了外卖的无接触配送,有效缓解了校园外卖配送压力,同时也为相关设计研究提供了参考。In order to solve the problems in the last step of campus delivery in the context of epidemic prevention and control.Based on the concept of service design,the design of campus intelligent catering cabinets is proposed.This paper expounds the current development status of takeaway food industry and takeaway storage cabinet products,uses the research method of service design to analyze user needs,summarizes the service strategy and carries on the product design with the user as the center.Referring to the form of express self-pick up cabinet,the improvement and innovation have obtained the campus intelligent pick up cabinet with self-cleaning function.This design realizes the contactless delivery of takeout,effectively alleviates the pressure of campus takeout delivery,and also provides reference for relevant design research.
