摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定硫包衣尿素产品中硫的含量。试样用四氢呋喃溶解后,以甲醇为流动相,采用C_(18)色谱柱和紫外检测器(检测波长为264 nm),对硫包衣尿素产品中的硫进行反相高效液相色谱法分离,外标法定量。结果表明,硫质量浓度在62.5~1000μg/mL范围内,其色谱峰面积与质量浓度线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数分别为0.46%(n=7),加标回收率均在97.2%~102.4%之间。样品测定结果与GB/T 29401-2020进行比较,两种方法间无显著性差异。An analytical method of high performance liquid chromatography for separation and determination of sulfur in sulfur coated urea was studied.The sample was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and the separation was performed with a C_(18) column(φ250×46 mm,5μm)Sulfur were detected at uv wavelength of 264 nm with a mobile phase consisted of methanol.The results showed good linearity with coefficients 0.9999 during the concentration range of 62.5~1000μg/mL,the coefficient of variation was 0.46%,and the average recoveries of sulfur was in the range of 97.2%~102.4%.The method is stable,time-saving and has little interference,and could be used for determination of sulfur in sulfur coated urea.
