摘　　要：针对标准对烟用丝束取样板无具体规定,常见的丝束抽样板材质、规格不一,取样板缺少计长工具,导致抽样长度过长的情况,研发了一种组合型烟用丝束计数取样板。经验证,采用组合式烟用丝束计数取样板,所抽取的烟用丝束样品未被拉伸即抽样品质有保障,且抽样长度准确度有保障。本取样板的研发,为提高抽样作业的规范性提供了技术支撑。In view of the fact that there is no specific regulation on sampling sample of cigarette tow in standard,the quality and specifications of common sampling plate of cigarette tow are different,and the sampling length is too long due to the lack of measuring tools in sampling sample,a kind of combined sampling sample of cigarette filament was developed.It has been proved that the sampling quality is guaranteed and the sampling length accuracy is guaranteed if the sample is not stretched by using the combined tobacco filament counting method.The research and development of this sample provides technical support for improving the standardization of sampling operations.
