提高德士古气化炉单炉运行周期分析

摘　　要：气化炉能否长周期运行,直接影响到公司经济效益和系统的稳定。气化炉长周期、高负荷安全稳定运行一直是我们不懈的追求。根据渭化集团三期德士古气化装置实际运行情况,从加强原料煤质量管理、提升工艺管理优化工艺操作、抓好备炉检修和提标技术改造工作等方面论述了如何提高德士古气化炉单炉的运行周期。Whether the gasifier can run for a long period directly affects the company s economic benefits and the stability of the system.Long period,high-load safe and stable operation of gasifier has been our unremitting pursuit.Based on the actual operation of Texaco gasification plant in Phase III of Weihua Group,this paper discusses how to improve the operation cycle of Texaco gasifier from four aspects:Strengthening the quality management of raw coal,improving the process management,optimizing the process operation,carrying out the work of preparing and repairing the furnace and upgrading the bidding technology.
