摘　　要：塔器大多属于超限设备,受运输条件及现场吊装能力的限制,一般需厂内分段制作,现场组装,制造难度较大。制造过程中应对材料复层(耐腐蚀层)保护、每节筒节的圆度、直线度、焊接质量等采取必要的工艺措施和严格控制,并制定经济合理的现场组装方案,才能使设备各项指标均达到相应的标准和技术要求。Most of the towers are out-of-gauge equipment,due to the limitations of transportation conditions and on-site hoisting capacity,they generally need to be fabricated in sections in the factory and assembled on site,which is difficult to manufacture.In the manufacturing process,the protection of material cladding(corrosion-resistant layer),the roundness,straightness and welding quality of each barrel section should be taken necessary process measures and strict control,and an economical and reasonable on-site assembly plan should be formulated to make this equipment.All indicators meet the corresponding standards and technical requirements.
