摘　　要：明确电子记录相关概念与内涵,分析电子记录法律效力的“三要件”,即电子记录、手签名、原件。提出:相关管理部门与血站应相互协作,从法规、数据标准、全面确认、电子记录管理、电子签名等方面共同努力,以推进血站业务记录电子化进程。The paper clarifies the concept and connotation of electronic record,analyzes the"three elements"of the legal effect of electronic record,namely electronic record,hand signature,and original record.It puts forward that the management departments and blood stations should work together to make joint efforts to advance the electronic process of the blood station business from the regulations,data standards,comprehensive confirmation,electronic record management and electronic signature.
