摘 要:基于贵州省2001-2017年的统计数据,构建了城镇化与水资源系统综合评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型分析两者耦合协调关系及其时空演变特征,并运用障碍度模型揭示其主要影响因子。结果表明:(1)2001-2017年贵州省城镇化与水资源耦合协调度由2001年0.2687提高到2017年0.5800,耦合协调类型由中度失调城镇化滞后型转变为勉强协调水资源滞后型。(2)市级层面选取的5个典型年份中,耦合协调类型由轻度失调城镇化滞后型为主转为勉强协调水资源滞后型为主。(3)各市州主要障碍因子演变中属于城镇化系统指标因子的障碍度降低,属于水资源系统指标因子的障碍度明显提高,其中人均城镇废水排放总量的影响特别突出,且障碍度数值也逐年增大。未来需要高度重视水资源的保护与优化配置,研究结果可以为贵州省新型城镇化与水资源协调发展提供参考。Based on the statistical data of Guizhou Province from 2001 to 2017,a comprehensive evaluation index system for urbanization and water resources systems was constructed,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the two and their temporal and spatial evolution characteristics,and the obstacle degree model was used to reveal its main impact factors.The results show that:(1)The degree of coupling coordination between urbanization and water resources in Guizhou Province from 2001 to 2017 increased from 0.2687 in 2001 to 0.5800 in 2017,and the type of coupling coordination changed from a moderately unbalanced urbanization lagging type to a barely coordinated water resources lagging type.(2) In the five typical years selected at the municipal level, the main type of coupling coordination has changedfrom a lightly unbalanced urbanization lagging type to a barely coordinated water resource lagging type. (3) In theevolution of the main obstacle factors in each city and state, the obstacles belonging to the urbanization systemindicator factors have decreased, and the obstacles belonging to the water resources system indicator factors haveincreased significantly. The impact of the total urban wastewater discharge per capita is particularly prominent, andthe value of the obstacles is also increase year by year. In the future, it is necessary to attach great importance tothe protection and optimization of water resources. The research results can provide references for the coordinateddevelopment of new urbanization and water resources in Guizhou Province.
