摘 要:通过多种手段对广西某选矿厂的钨细泥进行系统的工艺矿物学研究,研究结果表明该钨细泥中有益组分主要钨和锡,其次为铜、锌和银等;有用矿物为黑钨矿、白钨矿、锡石和黝锡矿,粒度均十分细小;钨主要赋存在黑钨矿和白钨矿中,锡主要赋存在锡石和黝锡矿中。矿石组分复杂,矿物种类多,回收矿物粒度十分细小等是影响钨锡回收的主要因素。Mineralogical study on the tungsten slime originated from one concentrator in Guangxi is carried out by multiple methods.The results show that the beneficial components of the tungsten slime are mainly tungsten and tin,followed by copper,zinc and silver.Useful minerals are wolframite scheelite cassiterite and tetrahedrite,and all minerals are of very fine grain size.Tungsten occurs mainly in wolframite and scheelite,tin occurs mainly in cassiterite and stannite.The main factors affecting the recovery of tungsten and tin are the complex ore composition,the variety of minerals and the fine particle size of recovered minerals and so on.
