摘 要:采用络合滴定法测定锌精矿中锌的百分含量,在此法的测定中溶液的pH起到极为重要的作用。控制溶液的pH值对测定结果准确性起到决定性作用。用盐酸、硝硫混酸溶解试样,再用1∶1硫酸调节酸度,用10%氟化铵溶液、HAC-NH_(4)AC缓冲液(pH=5.5~6)和30%硫代硫酸钠溶液掩蔽Fe,Al,Cu,Mn,Pb等干扰元素,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)标准溶液进行滴定,在测定过程中控制溶液的pH值能够起到掩蔽各干扰成分以及滴定终点突变的关键作用。本法就测定过程中控制溶液pH值对分析数据准确性所产生的影响加以论证。The content of zinc in zinc concentrate was determined by complexometric titration,and the pH of the solution played a particularly important role in this method.Controlling the pH value of the solution plays a decisive role in the accuracy of the deter‐mination results.Dissolve the sample with hydrochloric acid and mixed acid of nitrate and sulfur,then adjust the acidity with 1∶1sulfuric acid,use 10%ammonium fluoride solution,HAC-NH_(4)AC buffer solution(pH=5.5~6)and 30%sodium thiosulfate solution to mask the interfering elements such as Fe,Al,Cu,Mn,Pb,etc.,titrate with disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate(EDTA)stan‐dard solution,and control the solution during the determination.This method demonstrates the influence of controlling the pH value of solution on the accuracy of analytical data in the determination process.
