摘　　要：无轨设备是现代无轨化矿山生产的核心生产力,是企业发展水平与现代化程度的重要标志。提高设备完好率,延长设备使用寿命,科学合理管控成本,成为了现代化矿山生产管理的核心之一。融合设备自动化、智能化、大型化等优势,借助信息化手段,创新管理模式,强化设备过程管理,是企业“提质增效、降本增效和创新增效”的必经之路,对于类似无轨化矿山无轨设备管理具有借鉴意义。Mobile equipment is the core productive force of modern trackless mine production,and an important symbol of the development level and modernization of an enterprise.Improving the equipment integrity rate,prolonging the service life of the equipment,and scientifically and reasonably controlling the cost have become one of the cores of modern mine production management.Integrating the advantages of equipment automation,intelligence,and large-scale,with the help of information technology,innovating management models,and strengthening equipment process management is the only way for enterprises to"improve quality and efficiency,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and innovate and increase efficiency".The management of mobile equipment in similar trackless mines has reference significance.
