简述高速公路收费管理中的问题与对策分析

摘　　要：高速公路是我国重要的基础设施,能够满足人们的正常出行需求,还能够带动区域经济发展,但高速公路建设费用高昂,以前高速公路在发展过程中,多以财政资金作为主要资金来源,随着时代的发展,逐渐形成了“国家投资、地方筹资、社会融资、利用外资”的良性局面。高速公路在建设完成之后,后期的收费问题将会直接影响到国家经济发展和群众切身利益,需要引起有关部门的充分关注。基于此,本文对高速公路收费管理中的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。Expressway is an important infrastructure in China,which can meet people's normal travel needs and drive the regional economic development.However,the cost of expressway construction is very high.In the past,most of the financial funds as the main source of funding at the process of highway development.With the development of the times,it gradually formed a benign situation of"national investment,local financing,social financing and foreign investment".After the construction of expressway is completed,the late tolling issue will directly affect the national economic development and the vital interests of the masses,which needs to attract the full attention of the relevant departments.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in highway toll management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve them.
