摘　　要：干栏式民居是我国民居营建史上的瑰宝,更是中华民族智慧的结晶。黔东南干栏式民居受地理条件、生产力的限制,以及苗族、侗族文化的影响,民居空间有着独特的结构,其住宅形式的科学性、环保性、可持续性更是值得学界进一步研究。由于近代黔东南自然环境的改变,受中原地区人居方式与儒家文化的影响,黔东南干栏式住宅空间形式在近代持续发生着微妙的变化。The Ganlan style folk house is not only a treasure in the history of Chinese folk house construction, but also the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation. Qiandongnan Ganlan style residential space has a unique structure due to the limitations of geographical conditions, productivity, and the influence of Miao and Dong culture. The scientificity,environmental protection and sustainability of its housing form are worthy of further study by the academic community.Due to the changes in the natural environment of Southeast Guizhou in modern times, as well as the influence of the way of human settlement in the Central Plains and the Confucian culture, the spatial form of Ganlan residential buildings in Southeast Guizhou continued to undergo subtle changes in modern times.
