摘　　要：本文基于当前高精密度电子铜带行业中脱脂清洗机台的用水现状,提出了采用表面膜式循环过滤的方式,实现脱脂机台清洗水的循环利用,在满足高精带生产过程中表面控制的同时,大大降低了生产成本,对现代企业的节能减排以及环保工作,发挥了非常积极的作用。Based on the current water situation of degreasing cleaning machine in the high-precision electronic copper strip industry,this paper proposes to use the surface facial mask circulating filtration method to realize the recycling of degreasing machine cleaning water,which not only meets the surface control in the production process of high-precision strip,but also greatly reduces the production cost,and plays a very positive role in energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection of modern enterprises.
