某含金矿石选矿试验研究

摘  要:本文对胶东某含金矿石进行了选矿试验研究,黄铁矿是该矿石金的主要载体矿物,金矿物主要嵌布于黄铁矿裂隙、孔隙或粒间。根据矿石性质主要进行了磨矿细度试验和各类药剂用量条件试验,采用“一次粗选、两次扫选、一次精选”浮选工艺,磨矿细度-200目含量55%、捕收剂为丁基黄药和丁铵黑药150g/t按照5:1配比组合用药(丁基黄药125g/t、丁铵黑药25g/t)、硫酸铜用量200g/t、起泡剂用量20g/t,最终可以得到产率为9.05%、精矿品位26.56g/t、金回收率达到94.97%的精矿产品,达到了理想的选矿指标。A gold-bearing ore in Jiaodong was studied in this paper.Pyrite is the main carrier mineral of gold in the ore.The gold minerals are mainly distributed in the fissures,pores or grains of pyrite.According to the properties of the ore,the grinding fineness test and various reagent dosage condition test are mainly carried out.The flotation process of“One roughing,two sweeping and one cleaning”is adopted,grinding fineness-200 Mesh content 55%,collector is butyl xanthate and butylammonium black medicine 150g/t according to 5:1 ratio combination medicine(butyl Xanthate 125g/t,butylammonium black medicine 25g/t),copper sulfate 200g/t,foaming agent 20g/t,finally,the concentrate with 9.05%yield,26.56 g/t concentrate grade and 94.97%gold recovery can be obtained,and the ideal dressing index is achieved.
