摘  要:耐磨堆焊技术是一种节能环保的堆焊技术,从材料、工艺研究和高温堆焊方法3个方面详细介绍了耐磨堆焊技术。主要阐述了堆焊的基本概念及实际应用价值,分别介绍不同类型的磨料磨损方式。针对传统堆焊方法进行了对比,对等离子堆焊技术展开分析,从堆焊合金分类,结合堆焊技术选用进行了详实的案例分析。阐述了耐磨堆焊技术在压力容器、模具和工业等行业的应用现状和前景,分析耐磨堆焊技术依然存在的问题,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Wear resistant surfacing technology is an energy-saving and environment-friendly surfacing technology.The wear-resistant surfacing technology is introduced in detail from three aspects:material,process research and high-temperature surfacing method.This paper mainly expounds the basic concept and practical application value of surfacing,and introduces different types of abrasive wear methods.This paper compares the traditional surfacing methods,analyzes the plasma surfacing technology,and makes a detailed case analysis from the classification of surfacing alloy and the selection of surfacing technology.The application status and Prospect of wear-resistant surfacing technology in pressure vessel,mould and industry are described,the existing problems of wear-resistant surfacing technology are analyzed,and its future development trend is prospected.
