摘　　要：县级医院是县域内的医疗卫生中心,为县域居民提供基本医疗服务。县级医院医学检验科的建设和管理与县级医院综合服务能力息息相关。目前,县级医院医学检验科面临诸多建设和管理中的问题和困扰。中华医学会检验医学分会组织国内检验领域专家,针对临床检验工作中"人、机、料、法、环、信、控"相关的9个方面内容,对县级医院医学检验科建设和管理中的问题进行了讨论,并撰写了该指南,旨在规范和提升县级医院医学检验科的能力。The county hospitals are health medical centers,which provide basic medical services for residents of the county in China.The construction and management of the department of medical laboratory are closely related to the comprehensive service capacity of county hospital.Currently,the department of medical laboratory in county hospitals is facing many problems,the Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine organized domestic experts to discuss these problems and write this guideline,including nine aspects related to personnel,machine,material,method,environment,information and quality control.The aim of this guideline is to standardize and improve the capacity of the department of medical laboratory in county hospitals.
