摘　　要：质量管理工具应用是现代医院管理的基本要求。从健全质量管理组织体系、完善激励机制、有效组织培训等方面,总结了推进质量管理工具应用的具体做法,并展现了有形成果与无形成果效果。认为应用质量管理工具重在解决实际问题,要注重工具的适用性和规范性,聚焦关键对象和核心理念等。The application of quality management tools is the requirement of modern hospital management.From the aspects of perfecting the quality management organization system,perfecting the incentive mechanism and organizing training effectively,this paper summarized the concrete methods of promoting the application of quality management tools,and showed its effects in tangible and intangible results.Furthermore,it pointed out that the application of quality management tools should focus on solving practical problems,pay attention to the applicability and standardization of tools,focus on key objects and key ideas.
