摘 要:目的基于成果导向教育理念构建军队院校护理人才培养目标体系。方法通过文献回顾、专家访谈、小组讨论等方法,初步构建了基于成果导向教育理念的军队院校护理人才培养目标体系框架。采用目的抽样法,选取22名军队院校护理教育专家进行专家函询。结果最终形成包含8个一级指标和48个二级指标的军队院校护理人才培养目标体系。两轮函询专家积极系数分别为88%、100%;权威系数均为0.932;第二轮函询后,一级、二级指标Kendall’W分别为0.105、0.064,各指标变异系数在0~0.149之间。结论本研究构建的军队院校护理人才培养目标体系具有一定科学性和实用性,旨在为军队院校护理人才培养提供借鉴。Objective Based on the concept of outcome based education(OBE),the objective system of nursing personnel training in military academies was constructed.Methods Through literature review,expert interview,group discussion and other methods,the objective system framework of nursing personnel training in military academies was preliminarily constructed based on the OBE concept.Objective sampling method was adopted to select 22 nursing pedagogy experts from military academies for expert consultation.Results The objective system of nursing personnel training in military academies was formed,including 8 first-level indexes and 48 second-level indexes.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 88%and 100%respectively.The authority coefficients were 0.932.After the second round of letter consultation,Kendall'W of primary and secondary indexes were 0.105 and 0.064 respectively,and the coefficient of variation of each index ranged from 0 to 0.149.Conclusion The objective system of nursing personnel training in military academies constructed in this study is scientific and practical,which can provide reference for nursing personnel training in military academies.
