摘  要:为构建矿山生产过程的数据分析和时间管控模式,围绕“穿孔、爆破、采装、运输、破碎、磨选、精矿输送、尾矿排放”主流程,运用多种创新方法、工具开展精益生产管理,以消除过程存在的瓶颈制约、设备故障多、停滞、换型、信息不畅通等问题。通过推进时间管控模式,采、选、输各生产工序效率提升明显。采矿系统作业时间占比达66.04%,同比提升了8.04%,其他非作业时间同步减少;磨选系统作业时间占比达90.86%,同比提升了0.69%;管道系统作业时间占比达97.2%,同比提升了0.4%。全面实施“以爆代破”工程,采矿设备效率、破碎区域台效提升明显,粗破碎的台时效率为2485 t/h,同比提升了6.1%。In order to build the mine production process of data analysis and time control mode,aiming at the main process of"perforation,blasting,mining and loading,transportation,crushing,grinding and separation,concentrate transportation and tailings discharge",a variety of innovative methods and tools are used to carry out lean production management,so as to eliminate bottlenecks,equipment failures,stagnation,type change,information blockage and other problems existing in the process.By promoting the time control mode,the efficiency of the production processes of mining,selection and transportation is significantly improved.The working time of mining system accounted for 66.04%,increased by 8.04%year on year,and other non-working time decreased synchronously.The grinding and separation system accounted for 90.86%of the operation time,0.69%higher than last year.Piping system time accounted for 97.2%,up 0.4%from the same period last year.The"blasting instead of breaking"project was fully implemented.The efficiency of mining equipment and the platform efficiency of crushing area were significantly improved.The platform efficiency of coarse crushing was 2485 t/h,up 6.1%year on year.
