摘 要:安徽某矿山为将铁精矿含硫量由2%~4%降低到1%以下,在矿石性质研究的基础上,开展了相关试验研究工作。研究结果表明:采用铜硫混合浮选工艺,在不活化硫矿物的条件下,铁精矿含硫难于降低到1%以下,而加入CuSO_(4)活化硫矿物虽能使铁精矿含硫降低到0.92%,但这也导致铜、硫分离困难,影响选铜指标;采用现场选铜尾矿再选硫方案以及现场铁精矿直接反浮选脱硫方案,均能获得含硫量小于1%的铁精矿;从工艺流程改造、维护成本等方面综合考虑,建议采用现场铁精矿反浮选脱硫方案。In order to reduce the sulfur content of iron concentrate from 2%~4%to less than 1%,a mine in Anhui carried out relevant experimental research on the basis of ore properties.The results show that it is difficult to reduce the sulfur content of iron concentrate to less than 1%without activation of sulfur minerals by copper-sulfur mixed flotation process.Although the sulfur content of iron concentrate can be reduced to 0.92%by adding CuSO_(4) activated sulfur minerals,it also leads to the difficulty of separation of copper and sulfur,which affects the copper separation index.The iron concentrate with sulfur content less than 1%can be obtained by using on-site copper tailings resulfurization scheme and on-site iron concentrate direct reverse flotation desulfurization scheme.From the aspects of process transformation and maintenance cost,it is recommended to adopt the on-site iron concentrate reverse flotation desulfurization scheme.
