摘 要:某选厂为了提高资源回收利用率,改善选厂及周边环境,实现选厂节能减排,针对选厂尾矿存在大量有价资源未有效回收利用,以及尾矿大量堆存污染环境、占用土地等问题,进行了尾矿性质分析及铜硫混合浮选—铜硫分离浮选—铜精选浮选试验研究。试验结果表明:最终得到了铜品位10.34%、铜回收率45.67%的铜精矿,硫品位38.22%、硫回收率75.69%的硫精矿,有效回收了铜、硫资源,实现了尾矿中有价资源的回收再利用。In order to improve the recovery and utilization rate of resources,improve the concentrator and the surrounding environment,and realize the energy saving and emission reduction of the concentrator,aiming at the problems of a large number of valuable resources in the tailings of the concentrator are not effectively recycled,and a large number of tailings are piled up to pollute the environment and occupy land,the tailings properties are analyzed and the experimental study of copper sulfur mixed flotation-copper sulfur separation flotation-copper concentrate flotation is carried out.The experimental results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 10.34%and copper recovery rate of 45.67%,and the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 38.22%and sulfur recovery rate of 75.69%are finally obtained.The copper and sulfur resources are effectively recovered,and the recovery and reuse of valuable resources in tailings are realized.
