摘  要:工程设备作为矿山企业生产的重要组成部分,其工况直接关系企业的正常生产运行,为了提高工程设备的管理水平,司家营铁矿针对工程设备的液压系统,采用技术改造、发明创新的管理思路,通过实践改进工程设备的液压系统的散热器及加装泄压油管等,延长了工程设备液压元件的使用寿命,提高了工程设备液压系统检修时液压油的回收率,降低了使用成本,实现了设备的正常运转与安全维修。As an important part of the production of mining enterprises,the working conditions of engineering equipment are directly related to the normal production and operation of enterprises.In order to improve the management level of engineering equipment,Sijiaying Iron Mine adopts a series of measures such as technical transformation,invention and innovation management ideas for the hydraulic system of engineering equipment,improving the radiator of the hydraulic system of engineering equipment and installing pressure relief oil pipe through practice.Then the service life of hydraulic components of engineering equipment is prolonged,the recovery rate of hydraulic oil during maintenance of hydraulic system of engineering equipment is improved,the use cost is reduced,and the normal operation and safe maintenance of equipment are realized.
