摘 要:湖北某铁矿尾矿库库容不足无法继续堆存尾矿,为了解决该难题,采用经济合理的工艺处理选厂尾矿,针对目前国内尾矿干堆常用的分级脱水工艺和全尾砂压滤工艺,从投资和运营成本的角度进行了综合分析对比。对比分析结果表明:分级脱水工艺投资更小、运营成本更低,该分析结果与目前行业内常用的尾矿处理工艺相符,同时可为国内外类似的尾矿干堆矿山提供有益参考。In order to solve the problem that tailings cannot be continuously piled up due to insufficient storage capacity of an iron ore tailings pond in Hubei Province,an economic and reasonable process is used to treat the tailings of the concentrator.In view of the commonly used classification dehydration process and the whole tailings pressure filtration process in the domestic tailings dry pile,a comprehensive analysis and comparison are carried out from the perspective of investment and operation cost.The comparative analysis results show that the classification dewatering process has less investment and lower operation cost.The analysis results are consistent with the commonly used tailings treatment process in the industry,and can provide useful reference for similar tailings dry heap mines at home and abroad.
