摘 要:硬质复合材料因拥有高硬度、高强度和耐磨性好的特点,常被用做刀具生产的合金材料。使用激光选区熔化技术,通过改变成形工艺参数激光功率和扫描速度,制备WC 12Co硬质合金样件,研究工艺参数对成形试样致密度、截面金相组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:当激光扫描速度值不变时,随着激光功率的增大,成形试样的致密度呈现逐渐增大的趋势;当激光功率值不变时,随着激光扫描速度的增大,成形试样致密度先增大后减小,扫描速度对致密度的影响较为明显;线能量密度值过大或者过小都不利于试样致密度的提高;在激光功率290 W、扫描速度为900 mm/s的最佳参数组合下,得到了致密度为91.392%的WC 12Co试样。通过对工艺参数进行合理匹配设计,为SLM成形WC 12Co应用于实际工业生产提供了理论和工艺实践参考。Hard composite materials are often used as alloy materials for tool production due to their high hardness, high strength and good wear resistance. In this paper, selective laser melting(SLM) technology was used to prepare WC 12 Co cemented carbide samples by changing the forming process parameters, laser power and scanning speed, and the effects of process parameters on the density, cross-section metallographic structure and microhardness of the formed samples were studied. Results show that when the laser scanning speed value is constant, with the increase of the laser power, the density of the molded sample shows a gradually increasing trend. When the laser power value is constant, with the increase of the laser scanning speed, the density of the molded sample first increases and then decreases, and the scanning speed has a more obvious influence on the density;too large or too small line energy density is not conducive to the increase of the sample density. When the laser power is 290 W, the scanning speed is 900 mm/s under the optimal parameter combination, a WC 12 Co sample with a density of 91.392% was obtained. Through reasonable matching design of process parameters, it provides theoretical and process practical reference for the application of SLM molding WC 12 Co in actual industrial production.
