国外高校图书馆数字出版服务调查分析及启示

摘　　要：本文运用文献调研、网络调查等方法,从数字出版组织形式、咨询服务、教育培训、出版资源、出版平台等方面,对国外44家高校图书馆数字出版服务进行调查研究,总结国外高校图书馆数字出版服务的特点,即国外高校图书馆参与数字出版程度高;参与方式多样,推动多元化合作;资金来源渠道多样;支持开放获取等。在此基础上,从重视数字出版服务理论与实践研究、完善数字出版服务机制、构建多方参与的数字出版服务跨界合作机制等方面提出几点启示,以期能为我国高校图书馆数字出版服务提供借鉴。The article uses the methods of literature investigation and network investigation,and investigates the digital publishing services of 44 foreign university libraries from the aspects of digital publishing organization form,consulting service,education and training,publishing resources and publishing platform,and summarizes that foreign university libraries have a high degree of participation in digital publishing and promote academic exchange;the library participates in a variety of ways to promote diversified cooperation;diverse sources of funds,support for open access and other characteristics.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions from paying attention to the theoretical and practical research of digital publishing service,perfecting the digital publishing service mechanism,and constructing a cross-border cooperation mechanism for multi-party participation in digital publishing service,hoping to provide reference for promoting the digital publishing service of university libraries in China.
