社会老龄化视域下图书馆老年人信息服务调查与分析

摘　　要：目前,老年人已逐渐成为图书馆的重要读者群,了解他们对图书馆的利用情况对图书馆改进服务工作、提高服务质量、促进事业发展具有重要作用。本文通过对河南省夏邑县及郑州市部分老年人利用图书馆现状的调查研究,发现影响老年人利用图书馆的主要因素是适老读物不足、无障碍设施不够、路途太远等,并提出增强老年人服务意识、构建无障碍服务空间、丰富适老文献资源、提供多元化“餐式”服务、延伸服务“触角”、加大宣传力度等对策措施,吸引更多老年人走进图书馆、利用图书馆,享受图书馆丰富多样的精神文化“大餐”,使老年生活更充实、更健康,实现成功老龄化。At present, the elderly are increasingly becoming important reading public of library. Knowing their use of library helps improve the quality of service and development of library. Based on the investigation of the present situation of library use by the elderly in Xiayi county of Shangqui city and Zhengzhou city, it can be found that the main factors affecting the library use of the elderly include lack of reading resources, lack of barrier-free facilities and long distance, etc. It puts forward such measures as improving the service awareness, constructing barrier-free service space, enriching reading resources, providing diversified "big meal", extending service "tentacles" and increasing publicity so as to attract more elderly people to use the library and meet their spiritual and cultural needs, helping the elderly live a more substantial and healthy life to achieve a successful aging.
