摘 要:目的 分析宁夏住院患者对医疗服务的满意度及影响因素,为提高患者住院服务满意度及医疗服务质量提供实证参考。方法 采用单因素χ^(2)检验、二分类Logistic回归分析患者住院服务总体满意度的影响因素。结果 年龄、医护人员解释治疗方案的清晰程度、患者对医护人员的信任程度、住院医疗花费评价是影响住院总体满意度的主要因素。结论 宁夏住院患者总体满意度有待提升,医院应加强对患者的关怀度和医生人文素养培养,控制医疗费用过快增长,从而提高患者住院服务满意度及住院服务质量。Objective To analyze the satisfaction of inpatients to medical service in Ningxia and its influencing factors,so as to provide empirical reference for improving inpatient service satisfaction and medical service quality.Methods Single factor chi square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of overall satisfaction of inpatient service.Results Patients of different ages,the clarity of medical staff’s explanation of treatment plan,the trust degree of patients on medical staff,and the evaluation of hospitalization medical expenses are the main factors influencing the overall satisfaction of hospitalization.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of hospitalized patients in Ningxia needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the hospital’s care for patients and the humanistic quality of doctors,control the rapid growth of medical expenses,so as to improve the patient’s satisfaction and quality of inpatient service.
