摘  要:分析并总结高效沉淀池实际运行中存在的典型问题,从工艺流程、设计参数、池型布置、设备选型及运行控制等方面提出高效沉淀池优化措施及建议.以某污水处理厂提标升级为例,通过选用"高效沉淀池+深床砂滤池"深度处理工艺,减少高效沉淀池投加PAM对过滤单元的不利影响;通过对高效沉淀池混合区、絮凝区、斜管沉淀池等设计参数、池型布置、设备选型及控制的优化,提高混合、絮凝、沉淀效果,确保出水稳定达标.The typical problems existing in the actual operation of high efficiency settling tank are analyzed and summarized,the optimization measures and suggestions for high efficiency settling tank are put forward from the aspects of process flow、design parameters、tank layout.equipment selection and operation control.Take a sewage treatment plant upgrade as an example,through the selection of“high efficiency settling tank+deep bed sand filter tank”advanced treatment process.the adverse effect of PAM added to the high efficiency settling tank on the filter unit is reduced;through the optimization of design parameters.tank layout.equipment selection and control of high efficiency settling tank.such as mixing unit、flocculation unit、inclined tube sedimentation unit,im-prove the mixing,flocculation,sedimentation effect,ensure the effluent quality is up to standard,
