排放固体质量对排水系统压力波动影响研究

摘  要:等比例搭建了4层普通伸顶通气排水系统,研究系统中排放不同质量的固体对系统压力波动造成的影响.研究表明:随排放固体质量的递增,立管内最大正、负压值均随之增大,且固体排放对最大正压值影响较大.6 L瞬间流单独排水时,系统能够排放的最大固体质量为473 g,6 L瞬间流与0.5 L/s恒定流排水叠加时,该值为250 g.固体排放使横干管每个测压点正压值均有增加,且固体质量越大,在横干管起端的正压快速衰减阶段越长.瞬间流+恒定流排水工况中,排放相同质量的固体使得排水立管和横干管的压力均比瞬间流单独排水更大.A full-size 4-floor extended ventilation drainage system was built to study the effect of discharging different masses of solids on system pressure fluctuations.The study showed that the maximum positive and negative pressure values in the drainage stack increased as the mass of discharged solids increased,and the solids discharge had a greater impact on the maximum positive pressure.The maximum solids mass that could be discharged from the system was 473 g for 6 L instantaneous flow alone and 250 g for 6 L instantaneous flow superimposed on 0.5 L/s constant flow.Solid discharge increased the positive pressure value at each pressure measuring point of the main horizontal pipe.and the greater the solid mass.the longer the rapid attenuation stage of posi-tive pressure at the beginning of the main horizontal pipe.Under the condition of instantaneous flow+constant flow drainage.the discharge of solid with the same quality made the pressure of drainage stack and main horizontal pipe greater than that of instantaneous flow drainage alone.
