摘 要:针对国内某钢铁厂含锌尘泥还原脱锌工艺过程中团块成球率低、干团块强度差、返料比高、黏结剂成本高等问题,本文开发了一种新型复合黏结剂FHB,并考察了黏结剂类型、用量、混合料水分及成型压力对含锌尘泥生团块和干团块性能的影响,同时对生团块动态干燥性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:在成型压力为20 MPa、黏结剂添加量为3.3%及混合料水分为14%的条件下,添加复合黏结剂FHB生团块性能与采用单一有机黏结剂YJB时相近,但生团块干燥性能、热稳定性大幅度提高,粉化率大幅度降低,从单一添加剂的18%降低至2.10%,可在保证还原脱锌工艺顺行的同时,降低运行成本。In response to such problems as low pelletizing agglomerates rate, poor dry agglomerates strength, high recyclic ratio and high binder cost in the process of reductive dezincification of zinc-containing dust in a domestic steel plant, a new composite binder FHB is developed, and the effects of binder type, dosage, mixture moisture and forming pressure on the performance of raw and dry agglomerates of zinc-containing dust are investigated, while the dynamic drying performances of the raw agglomerates are compared.The results show that under the condition of 20 MPa forming pressure, 3.3% binder addition and 14% mixture moisture, the performance of raw agglomerates with compound binder FHB is similar to that with single organic binder YJB,but the drying performance and thermal stability of raw agglomerates are greatly improved, and the chalking rate with single additive is greatly reduced from 18% to 2.10%,which could ensure the smooth operation of the reductive dezincification process and reduce the operating cost.
