摘 要:本文采用脱硫脱硝测试装置结合在线烟气分析仪测试了活性炭样品的脱硫值,通过N吸附仪对活性炭样品进行了比表面积和孔径分布表征分析,以研究活性炭孔结构对其脱硫性能的影响规律。研究结果发现:与中孔相比,微孔对脱硫性能影响更大,微孔数量更多时活性炭的脱硫性能更好,且比表面积相比孔容而言与脱硫性能的关系更加密切;活性炭样品的脱硫值与总比表面积、微孔比表面积和孔容积均有一定线性关系,其决定系数分别为0.583、0.782和0.538;活性炭脱硫值与微孔比表面积占比和微孔容积占比的决定系数分别为0.811和0.648。The desulfurization value of activated carbon samples was measured by using a desulfurization and denitration test device combined with an online flue gas analyzer.The specific surface area and pore size distribution of activated carbon samples were characterized by Nadsorption device to study the influence of pore structure of activated carbon on its desulfurization performance.The results show that: from the effect of pore structure of activated carbon on desulfurization performance, the effect of micropore on desulfurization performance is greater.When the number of micropores is more, the desulfurization performance of activated carbon is better, and the specific surface area is more closely related to the desulfurization performance than the pore volume.The desulfurization value of activated carbon samples has a certain linear relationship with the total specific surface area, micropore specific surface area and pore volume, and the determination coefficients are 0.583,0.782 and 0.538,respectively.At the same time, the coefficient of determination between the desulfurization value of activated carbon and the specific surface area ratio and the volume ratio of micropores were 0.811 and 0.648,respectively.
