摘 要:针对现有湿法及半干法脱硫后烟气温度均较低,不能满足高炉热风炉排烟温度维持在140℃以上的要求,本文制备了一种钙基干法脱硫剂,并以此为基础在炼铁厂区构建脱硫试验装置,研究了床层高度、烟气流速、温度与脱硫效率的关系,并通过对运行时间与脱硫、除尘效率的关系,得到最佳换料周期。试验结果表明:脱硫效率随床层高度的增加而增加,最佳床层高度为2 m;脱硫效率随空塔烟气流速的增加而降低,最佳空塔烟气流速为0.5 m/s;烟气温度在150~250℃时,脱硫效率为80.0%~87.9%,受温度影响不大。脱硫剂换料周期为20 d,换料床层高度为1 m,换料周期内,SO和颗粒物质量浓度均满足超低排放要求。初始阶段,床层阻力(P)与空塔烟气流速(u)之间的线性回归方程为:P=3 400u-693,R^(2)=0.992 7,可用于床层阻力计算,后期床层阻力增加,实际床层阻力应将计算结果放大1.55倍作为修正,为脱硫风机全压选定提供计算依据。最后,文中测定了副产物主要成分,提出副产物4种综合利用途径。In view of the low temperature of flue gas after the existing wet and semi-dry desulfurization methods, which cannot meet the requirement that flue gas exhaust temperature of blast furnace hot blast stove should keep above 140 ℃,a calcium-based dry desulfurizer is prepared, and based on this, a desulfurization test device is constructed in the iron-making plant, and the relationship among bed height, flue gas flow rate, temperature and desulfurization efficiency is studied, and through the relationship among operation time and desulfurization and dust removal efficiency, the best refueling cycle is obtained.The test results show that: the desulfurization efficiency is increased with the increase of bed height, and the optimal bed height is 2 m;the desulfurization efficiency is decreased with the increase of flue gas flow rate in empty tower, and the optimal flue gas flow rate in empty tower is 0.5 m/s;the desulfurization efficiency is 80.0%~87.9% when the flue gas temperature is 150~250 ℃,which is not greatly affected by temperature.The desulfurizer reloading cycle is 20 d, and the reloading cycle bed height is 1 m.During the reloading cycle, the SOand particulate mass concentrations meet the ultra-low emission requirements.At the initial stage, the linear regression equation between the bed resistance P and the empty tower flue gas flow rate u is: P=3 400u-693,R^(2)=0.992 7,which can be used for the bed resistance calculation.The bed resistance increases in the later stage, the actual bed resistance should be enlarged by 1.55 times as a correction to provide a calculation basis for the full pressure selection of the desulfurization fan.Finally, the main components of by-products are measured and four comprehensive utilization paths for by-products are proposed.
