摘  要:基于柠檬酸体系获得的镍钨合金镀层具有优异防腐性能,在油气管道、采油设备上获得了成功应用。采用电沉积技术在焦磷酸体系中制备了镍钨合金,通过提高电镀液中钨酸钠的浓度,获得了钨含量达44.2%非晶态镍钨合金。3.5%NaCl溶液中利用极化曲线对该合金进行了耐蚀性研究,相对Q235基体,镍钨合金的腐蚀电位正移112 mV,但腐蚀电流有所增加,通过热处理进一步降低腐蚀电位,同时也降低了腐蚀电流,500℃腐蚀电位正移257 mV,腐蚀电流为1.93μA/cm^(2),只有Q235基体的1/3。热处理对镍钨合金的相结构和硬度产生明显影响,XRD数据表明随着热处理温度的提高镍钨合金从非晶到晶态转变,显微硬度逐步提高,最高达到1139.9 HV,700℃镍钨合金出现了氧化物的相,硬度下降。The nickel tungsten alloy coating obtained from citric acid system has excellent corrosion resistance and has been successfully applied in oil and gas pipelines and production equipment.In this work,nickel tungsten alloy was electrodeposited form pyrophosphoric system.By increasing the concentration of sodium tungstate in electroplating solution,the amorphous structure was obtained and the tungsten content of the nickel tungsten alloy reached 44.2%.The corrosion resistance of the alloy was studied by Tafel curves in 3.5% NaCl solution.Compared with the Q235 substrate,the corrosion potential of the Ni-W alloy was positively shifted by 112 mV,but the corrosion current increased.The corrosion potential was further reduced after heat treatment,and the corrosion current was also reduced.For example,the corrosion potential was positively shifted by 257 mV at 500℃,and the corrosion current was 1.93μA/cm^(2),which was only 1/3 of the Q235 substrate.Heat treatment has a significant effect on the phase structure and hardness of Ni-W alloy.XRD data showed that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,Ni-W alloy changes from amorphous to crystalline structure and the microhardness gradually increases,up to 1139.9 HV.At 700℃,Ni-W alloy appears new oxide phase,and the hardness decreases.
