摘　　要：中信银行金融资产托管项目是对“金融市场双向开放”战略的一次全新探索,形成了一套可落地、可推广的解决方案,实现了金融资产托管领域从0到1的突破。如何打造一个开放、高效、合规的债券生态体系是我们面临的挑战。让外资有序进入中国债券市场,减少对现有市场基础设施的冲击,让内资顺利进入国际债券市场,与国际成熟机制接轨,打通国内、国际双向流通的投资通道,中信银行提出一种创新型债券托管解决方案。In the era of 5G and Internet of Everything,scenes of innovation are coming to the fore continuously,a marginal computation pattern is rising in response to the proper time and conditions and becoming gradually another hot spot of the development of the industry.Technical Application of this issue discusses in depth the exploration and practice by the financial industry in the respect of marginal computation.
