宠物犬椎间盘疾病导致后肢瘫痪的发病调查及针刺选穴治疗分析

摘　　要：为了探究椎间盘疾病(intervertebral disc disease,IVDD)导致宠物犬后肢瘫痪发病规律及针刺治疗的选穴规律,试验于2020年7月份—2021年3月份,通过实地考查、发放调查问卷的方式,调查了我国23个省、5个自治区和4个直辖市内176家宠物医院应用中兽医针刺技术治疗犬IVDD导致后肢瘫痪的病例53例,对调查病例中患犬的品种、年龄、性别、发病月份、治疗恢复时间、针灸治疗选穴部位进行分析。结果表明:京巴犬发病率最高,占总病例数的39.62%;5~<7岁犬易发病,占总病例数的45.28%;雄性犬发病率较高,占总病例数的79.25%;3,4月份气温变化较大,为该病发生的高峰期;67.92%的患犬针灸治疗1~2个月即可恢复健康。排除阿是穴后,共涉及48个腧穴,使用总频次达726次。使用频次最高的是百会穴和后三里穴,各53次;腧穴多集中在躯干部和后肢部。躯干部腧穴共21个,使用频次为379次;后肢部腧穴共25个,使用频次为343次;后肢太阳膀胱经的使用频次最高,腧穴10个,共使用189次。五腧穴共9个,使用176次,使用频次最高。说明IVDD导致的宠物犬后肢瘫痪针刺治疗选穴应注重辨经取穴,重视阿是穴、阳经经穴和局部特定穴的选择,可以取得很好的治疗效果。In order to explore the regularity of hindlimb paralysis caused by intervertebral disc disease(IVDD)in pet dogs and the regularity of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment,the test was carried out from July 2020 to March 2021,through field investigation and questionnaire survey.176 pet hospitals in 23 Provinces,5 Autonomous Regions and 4 Municipalities in China were investigated,and traditional Chinese veterinary acupuncture technique was applied to treat 53 cases of dog IVDD-induced hind limb paralysis.The breed,age,gender,onset month,treatment recovery time,and acupuncture acupoint selection of the dogs in the obtained cases were analyzed.The results showed that Pekingese dogs had the highest incidence of IVDD,accounting for 39.62%of the total cases;5-<7 year old dogs were prone to the disease,accounting for 45.28%of the total cases;male dogs had a higher incidence,accounting for 79.25%of the total cases;March and April with the large temperature change was the peak period of the disease;67.92%of the dogs could recover after 1-2 months of acupuncture treatment.After excluding Ashi acupoints,a total of 48 acupoints were involved,and the total frequency of usage reached 726 times.The highest frequency of use were Baihui and Housanli acupoints,53 times each.Acupoints were mostly concentrated in the trunk and hind limbs;there were 21 trunk acupoints,with a frequency of 379 times,and 25 acupoints on the hind limbs,with a frequency of 343 times.The hind limb Taiyang bladder meridian had the highest frequency of usage,with 10 acupoints and 189 times in total.There were a total of 9 Wuyu acupoints,which were used 176 times,with the highest frequency of usage.The results suggested that acupuncture treatment and acupoint selection of pet dogs with hind limb paralysis caused by IVDD should focus on the selection of acupoints based on meridian differentiation.Paying attention to the selection of Ashi points,Yang meridian points and local specific points could achieve good therapeutic effect.
