摘 要:DM是一种由遗传、环境等多因素共同作用的代谢紊乱性疾病,随着病程进展出现各种并发症。近年来,人们对非编码RNA的研究取得重大突破,环状RNA(circRNA)是一种新型非编码RNA,呈首尾相接的闭合环状结构。circRNA广泛参与细胞代谢调控网络,在DM及其并发症中发挥重要作用,有望成为新的分子标志物。本文对circRNA与DM及其并发症的研究进展进行综述。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a metabolic disorder caused by heredity and environment.With the progress of the disease,various complications may appear. In recent years,great breakthroughs have been made in the research of noncoding RNA. Circular RNA(circRNA)is a new noncoding RNA with a closed ring structure connected head to tail. CircRNA is widely involved in cellular metabolic regulatory network,which may play an important role in DM and its complications,and is expected to become a new molecular marker. This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between circRNA and DM and its complications.
