摘　　要：在智慧广电、媒体融合的大背景下,核心业务平台是广电网络实现战略转型升级的关键。本文立足实际,分析了广电网络的发展机遇和面临的困境,阐述了山东广电网络依托互动业务平台IP化深度融合创新实践建设,实现技术迭代创新、平台能力升级和资源整合利用,探索智慧广电发展、多元化业务运营的实践经验。Under the background of smart radio,television and media convergence,the core business platform is the key to the strategic transformation and upgrading of the broadcast and television networks corporation.Based on the reality,this paper analyzes the development opportunities and dilemmas faced by the broadcast and television networks corporation,expounds the practical experience of the Shandong Branch of China Broadcast Network Co.,Ltd.relying on the construction of IP-based deep integration innovation practice of multiple interactive business platform to realize technological iterative innovation,platform capability upgrade and resource integration and utilization,and to explore the development of smart radio and television and diversified business operations.
