摘　　要：本文依据有线数字电视应急广播技术规范,全面构建了应急广播在有线数字电视系统中的应用技术方案,重点阐述了有线传输调度平台与有线数字电视前端适配对接实现的三个主要流程。此外,制定详细的功能测试条目,采用先小网验证后大网分批次升级模式,完成了苏州8款TVOS机顶盒验证及升级,覆盖存量机顶盒终端50余万。应急广播消息在苏州全市机顶盒终端的快速覆盖,进一步提升了应急广播覆盖面和影响面。Based on the technical specifications for emergency broadcasting of cable digital TV,this paper comprehensively constructs the application technology scheme of emergency broadcasting in cable digital TV system,and focuses on three main processes of cable transmission scheduling platform and cable digital TV front-end adaptation and docking.In addition,this paper formulates detailed functional test entries,adopts the mode of batch upgrade of large network after first small network verification,and completes the verification and upgrade of eight kinds of TVOS set-top boxes in Suzhou,covering more than 500,000 existing set-top box terminals.The rapid coverage of emergency broadcast news in set-top box terminals in Suzhou further improves the coverage and influence of emergency broadcasting.
